Key Responsibilities:

• · Quoting and Sales – Engage daily with leads, provide insurance quotes, and close sales.
• · Prospecting & Lead Generation – Utilize established in-house customer leads, bought external leads, and referrals to acquire new clients.
• · Customer Consultation – Guide clients through coverage choices and policy selection process with clear guidelines.
• · Performance Tracking – Maintain accurate records in the CRM systems and meet sales goals.

Qualifications:

• · Demonstrable sales or customer service experience and success.
• · Active Property & Casualty insurance license (or eagerness to obtain).
• · Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• · Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• · Experience using CRM or POS systems to manage client interactions.

What Success Looks Like:

• · Completing 50 new quotes per week and generating $50,000+ in new policy premiums per month.
• · Improving sales conversion rates over time through training and experience.
• · Providing excellent customer service to encourage referrals and positive reviews.

This role targets $60,000 annual income through Base Salary plus Commission structure.
